In recent discussion on immigration there has been increased attention to the H-1B Visa program and its impact on the American workforce. We must also consider its effects on Black American workers and their communities. The ADOS Advocacy Foundation has long advocated for an immigration policy that prioritizes the needs of American citizens, ensuring that it does not inadvertently harm or further marginalize Black Americans. To this end, we are calling for a comprehensive overhaul of the U.S. immigration system. Beginning January 1st contributor's posts will be expected to provide information focusing on News items, issues and articles of unreported or under reported news related to the Black-ADOS: Family, Activism, Education, Employment, Economics, Health, Struggles in Politics, Religion, War, Foreign and Domestic policies pertaining to the pursuit of Reparations.

That should be accompanied by commentary if your posts are not clear as to how it achieves the above goals. Or be ready to defend your post's intentions when asked. Prior to the post's removal for not attaining to the above-mentioned goals.

Where is the Outrage?

"A first of its kind longitudinal report on hate crimes in America from 2018 to 2022 was recently released and there were a few disturbing takeaways. Hate crimes are on the rise the United States. One in ten hate crimes occurred in American educational institutions, from primary schools to universities. That’s statistically significant and scary.

Many may be surprised that the most common victims weren’t Jewish, Hispanic, Asian, Native-American or LGBTQ children. Conservative dilettantes will take umbrage at the fact that white children, who are supposedly continuously and permanently traumatized by critical race theory and diversity efforts, weren’t the most targeted either. No, the report found the largest number of hate-fueled offenses across the board, including in schools, were “motivated by anti-Black bias.”"

Phillis Wheatley, known for her literature and poetry work, had quite an interesting experience in her early life. She was kidnapped from her home in West Africa when she was just 9 or 10 years old, and sold to the Wheatley family in Boston, Massachussetts.

A LOT of (white Domination Racist-Capitalist - Hollywood-Media) focus, went into shaping Black minds into 'Bootstrap'-white Domination Racist-Capitalism.

Where Government was to always be omitted from its significance in American life. While a measure of it's working, was that the subjects most impacted by such programming, would castigate those who try. Despite Reality.

There needs to be a deep-dive on what is going on here. From my perspective thinking through on the motivations may be helpful.

Q: What could Organize U.S. mayors to come together in the first place?
A: Money.
Q: Whose money?
A: white elite predator Money.
Q: For what purposes are white elite predators organizing?
A: 1) Power (maintenance); 2) Aging white U.S. population 3) Low births among whites; 4) whites outnumbered by none white population SOON.
Q: What is the solution?
A: 1) Initiate measures that will strengthen white family structures and interests, by; 2) Funneling government resources to the top 30% of white households. Especially the top 5%. 3) Continue and strengthen oppressive/ divide and conquer strategies against the poor and non-white populations (bottom castes especially - policing, Gentrification, gender preferencing, etc.); 4a) Expand the utilization of immigrants who will naturally gravitate towards Power ("whiteness") while; 4b) Providing a Low skilled/Low wage Labor force, unable to demand little in the country/ Marketplace. In terms of Rights and benefits. Resulting in more wealth to the top 30% of white America (and their non-white imitators).

Conclusion: 0f which gaining/co-opting the Cooperation of (cash strapped) Mayors, is essential.

There is just so much (IN YOUR FACE) CORRUPTION NOW. There was a day when their initial exchange would have made headlines. NOW it is just a matter of a days course in the life of a Congressional hearing.

As I commonly refer to white elite predators, these bankers represent one among many factions of that very class. Yet somehow THIS offends white (and ignorant non-white) sensibilities. I'll live with THAT. While ALL OUR children aren't.

One of those white elite predators sitting there is Jamie Diamond. Who last year paid the largest fine in banking history. AFTER he spent 10 years manipulating the gold markets. He testified that Bitcoin is a hazard to society, but that HIS cryptocurrency will be better.

Notice Janet Yellen's speaking fees (pay-offs). She came into her cabinet seat complaining about cryptocurrencies being the hub of criminality. While the best assessments of crypto showed that no more than 3% of transactions could be considered illegal.

Yet she is failing her Responsibilities to the American people by not asking any of those wide elite predators; How much are their Banks benefiting from the money laundering of elicit drugs? How much are their Banks charging exorbitant fees? Or during the Repo market crash of 2019, were any of their Banks operating illegally while being insolvent and accepting as much as $7 trillion dollars from the Fed, to be bailed out but was not reported to Congress or the public?

We can't get those questions even asked. All we are getting from them is giggles. Accelerating OUR collapse.
