LAZY MOM DINNERS- sheet pan tacos

-1-2lbs ground beef
-taco seasoning
-tortillas
-shredded cheese
-1 avocado
-3/4 cup sour cream
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp cumin
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 handful cilantro
-juice of 1 lime (if you have it)

Cook the ground beef and add in taco seasoning. Lay out the tortillas on a pan and add in ground beef and cheese. Spray the tortillas quickly with avocado oil. Cook on 350 for 7 mins and broil for 2 mins at the end.

While those are cooking blend up your sauce by adding all ingredients to a blender or food processor.

My dud was really putting on a show today 🙃. My favorite was the pecan crunch latte and Logan’s was the iced chaider. We always love grabbing a Starbucks when the fall drinks drop.

This is your sign to make one extra cup of coffee. We were already making our morning lattes, so we poured one into a Dixie® To Go Cup and walked it over to our neighbor. It took maybe five extra minutes, but it was such a sweet reminder that kindness doesn’t have to be anything big. 💛
