There’s something powerful about starting the day by the water—taking a moment to reflect and set your intentions. 🌊✨ In this workout, I kick things off with a scenic view before diving into some essential stretches and drills to get my body warmed up and ready to move. Flexibility and proper warm-ups are key to preventing injuries and maximizing performance. 💪🏾Then it’s game time: I hit the stairs! 🏃🏽♂️🔥 Running stairs is one of my favorite ways to build endurance, boost leg strength, and get that heart rate up.
