Square pegs don't fit into round holes - except when they do.
I have spent the majority of my life dulling my edges, trying to make a square peg round. When in reality, I should have been making the round hole bigger.
And my guess? You should be doing the same thing.
We can sit here and debate the fact that you have a product 3,000 other people have - you probably do. But NO ONE and I mean NO ONE is capable of talking about it, living it, and breathing it the way that you are.
The client who took this photo? She is a revolutionary in her field. Especially in the Midwest. No one does photographic work like she does. And the truth is that no one understands how to get the shot quite like she does.
Why? Because she knows her strengths. She knows how to look at a subject and analyze their facial features. And we display the ever loving crap out of that on her page. But what she doesn't do, what she's never done, is become someone else for the sake of fitting in.
Fun fact: when I pulled up Pinterest for this branding shoot, she rolled her eyes.
So, this weekend, instead of changing your shape to fit in someone else's hole, how about you change the hole so that you fit into it.
