🏆 Bartender of the Week
Galo

📍 Thunderbird | Los Angeles

😎 Why They Deserve a Bartender Shoutout
Galo brings the party with him!! He loves serving shots, getting the crowd going and keeping the energy up all night. If things start getting rowdy, there’s a pretty good chance Galo had something to do with it 🍾

🍸 Favorite Drink to Serve
Shots are his go to because he loves getting everybody fired up!! But when it’s time to show off a little behind the bar, he also makes a fantastic Last Word 💎

📖 Funniest Bartender Story
Thunderbird is a busy football bar, which is funny because Galo isn’t even a huge football fan. That doesn’t stop him from being fully invested in every NFL game though because he usually has a bet riding on all of them 🎰 The only problem, most of the time, he doesn’t win. 😂

🎯 Fun Fact
Before bartending, Galo made sushi professionally. He’s got incredible knife skills, knows his way around a sushi station and can go from slicing fish to slinging shots without missing a beat. 🍣

🏆 Bartender of the Week
Sam

📍 RC DUGANS | East Meadow, New York

😎 Why They Deserve a Bartender Shoutout
Sam loves bartending because of the people. Whether it’s a local he sees all the time or someone walking in for the first time, every shift gives him a chance to meet someone new. After a while, those regulars start to feel like a real community, and that’s a big part of what keeps him coming back behind the bar.

🍸 Favorite Drink to Serve
The Mexican Zombie
Tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pineapple, and passion fruit. Sam already loves making margaritas, so this one is right up his alley. Fruity, strong, and dangerously easy to drink ⚡️

📖 Funniest Bartender Story
One Saturday around midnight, a woman called the bar and asked if there was a guy sitting with two other guys.

Sam said yes.
She goes, “That’s my husband. Tell him if he doesn’t get his ass home right now, I’m coming there to beat his ass and kick over his bike.”

Sam thought she was joking. She was dead serious. 😂

So he walked over and told Jim exactly what his wife said. His two friends immediately started dying laughing.

Jim got up and left. Probably the fastest last call of his life 🤣

🎯 Fun Fact
RC Dugans always has something going on. Trivia night, college night, ladies night, plus rotating weekend events and specials. It keeps the place moving, gives Sam a whole new crowd to meet every week, and makes it one of those bars where there’s always a reason to pull up.
