We have a different type of Bartender of the Week post this week. Random Bar Worker of the Week! Pete who calls his home, is in need of your help- please visit the go fund me on to learn about this fundraiser:

🍺 Random Bar Worker of the week: Pete (Steve Petersen)
Pete has been the man behind the scenes of Carey’s Bar for 35 years and doesn’t get the recognition typically set aside for bartenders. The man does the maintenance, the mess cleaning, and makes the heart of Carey’s Bar beat day after day. Whether it’s getting to the bar on game days before the sunrises or meticulously setting up the venue for our Friday evening band, the man gets the job done with no desire for recognition.
Pete loves everything about the bar and has dedicated his entire life to it. His favorite task is keeping paper on the bathroom stalls for people to write messages or (disgustingly) leave lipstick kisses.

Favorite drink:
A can of Budweiser in a koozie and shots of Leroux Blackberry Brandy

Fun Fact:
He gets the bar ready listening to one music station only: Willie’s Roadhouse on Sirius XM radio.
