Let’s talk about this job market… because whew. 😮🏽💨
Between sending out countless applications, being ghosted by recruiters, sitting through 4+ round interview processes, and applying to roles with no salary listed—job searching right now is draining time, money, and energy.
Multiple panels. “Final” rounds that aren’t final.
Hours of prep, PTO used, money spent on childcare, transportation, outfits, résumé updates, and emotional energy invested—only to be met with silence or finally hear back and the pay doesn’t match the process.
