Sounds like Facebook is having one of those days..

A few have mentioned receiving a private message from me, after clicking on a pic from my recent post.

This is apparently a known FB glitch, I'm just experiencing for the first time. Because I have NOT messaged my post to anyone..

I submitted a ticket to have it fixed.

How many dozens of messages, like this, would you have to receive before you tried to help? It may be into the 100's by now...

Hopefully the Board starts asking some of those tough questions today at 5. & Doing what they can to get TCC back to place everyone remembers..

Before whatever it was, changed it.. (People can't agree on WHAT exactly, but they ALL agree on WHO was responsible..)

Southern Ohio needs a Properly Led TCC. Not the one it's become in recent years.. (I'm seriously shocked at the amount of messages talking about this..)

& If there's time in the meeting: ask how many long-term employees Andy's dating life & his decisions involving their promotions, have cost TCC..

Has he ever dated someone that WASN'T his subordinate working at TCC? & It sounds like every one of them had a rapid advance through the company, once they started dating. Several have asked if that's even allowed/the ethics regarding it..

I'm working on a video, showing it all.. I just didn't have time to finish it before today's 5:00 Board Meeting..

I saw someone say & I couldn't agree more!

I have some new fans.

Who represent someone whose Social Media & Websites are filled with ONLY the 10-15% they actually help. (While turning off/limiting the comments on certain posts)

& Some how, MIRACULOUSLY, any post made about them (they think paints them in a negative light) ends up being deleted? How many former employees or clients stories have you read recently, that have now been deleted? I know of 4-5, just in the last month alone.. Along with the myriad of other silencing tactics used over the years..

But their representative wants ME to present BALANCED information to MY audience.😆

This reminds me of a quote from the famous philosopher, Hypocri-tes: "What's good for the goose, is good enough for me.." or something like that..😁

Oh Boy.

I (truly) don't know who made this. But everything seems pretty spot on to me. & Does sound like exactly what needs to happen, after talking to all the people I have. & It has been A LOT.

I Will Add My 2 Cents.. (Because, of course I will)

The Compensation listed in the Petition Does NOT Include their Bonus & Other Incentives. With those added for FY2025:
Andy's = $522,264
Aaron's = $349,390

& these come after years of receiving 27-29% Yearly Raises. Andy's 2025 raise alone was $118,704 & Aaron's $75,306 (= $194,010 total)
While some staff report going 3 Years Without A Single Raise. & They're told the company "just couldn't afford it."
Because this non-profit treatment facility, whose revenue is nearly $1.1 Million a Week (obviously) has Others Priorities right now. -

Back to the Petition:
On the Demands (I don't really like that word but I get it)..
If we're going to request they look into 6 years worth of that info. Let's go ahead & ask for the entire almost 9 years (if possible) under Andy's Leadership. So, it includes everything involving the 2018 incident..

But Either Way..

I Fully Support This Petition.
Because at the End of the Day, I (among so many other) Do Believe This Is The Right Move.

You should stop in Beavers mini mart to show your support, in their fight against the unjust Buc-ee's Lawsuit.

& Now, they also have the cookies, The Original Goodie Shop made to support that fight. In their Mini Mart..

Rumor is: some masked cartoon guy dropped off 100 cookies yesterday.. & Not sure how long they'll last once word gets out. So, if you want some, might want to go today..
