Today, in our Empowered Parent Prayer Group, we prayed for Fathers, Mothers, that honor/respect will be back in the home, and that God would show us who our children are and what they need from us.

We prayed for incarcerated parents, scared parents, homeless parents, tired parents, single parents, and more. We prayed for your peace and strength and that you would have the resources the village needed to parent well.
and mothers, that honor and respect would be restored
We bombarded heaven for you, parents. We will not let up.

We may not do this every single day for the rest of the year but we will not stop praying for our parents.

It's National Daughter Day and I'm here for it. 🤣 My daughters have been my little homies since birth. They are fun, full of love and adventure, and my minis. I love them beyond words. Being their mother is a treat because they are such blessings. (They do get to me sometimes though. 😞)

20 years with has been a journey of not just good stuffies. Nevertheless, I wouldn't trade him for anyone or anything. He is my gift from God. He has shown me how to love in a greater way.

We attended The Weekend to Remember Marriage Retreat in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and it did not disappoint. My heart is overjoyed and refreshed to love him in a deeper, greater way. Tune your marriage up so it can last longer.
