Level Up Latina Co-Founder Highlight of the Day! Meet Coach Veronica 💫

Pop quiz!
Can you guess…

💭 Where she’s from and where she’s raising her family?
📚 Her college journey and early leadership roots?
❤️ Her favorite roles outside of coaching?
😎Her hobbies?
🔥 What lights her up most about coaching first-gen Latinas?

✨ Where she’s from:
Coach Veronica is a proud Southern California native, raised in Watts she’s always been deeply rooted in community, culture, and service. She’s now raising her four children in Compton, The Hub City, with her hubby!

🎓 Her college journey:
She’s a proud UC Santa Barbara alum, where her passion for community building began. While in college, she co-founded Hermanas Unidas, a student organization created to support and uplift first-generation Latinas navigating higher education—long before coaching was even a title.

🌸 Her favorite roles outside of coaching:
Mama of four, community connector, event-builder, and lifelong cheerleader for women doing the thing! She loves creating meaningful experiences, bringing people together, and reminding women you don’t have to choose between family, ambition, and joy.

😎Her hobbies:
Driving her little ones around to all their activities! But when she has a moment she enjoys being outdoors in nature hiking, a good concert, a live sporting event, karaoke or random meet up with amigas. Oh and using her kids headphones to podcast!

🔥 What she loves most about coaching first-gen Latinas:
Watching women adjust the volume in their voice & speak up and seeing them get out of their head & into their life! Nothing fills her cup more than seeing a woman go from self-doubt to self-trust—and finally choosing herself without guilt.

In this week’s episode, your L*L besties get real about what it actually takes to hold it together when the season gets too busy. We talk schedules, burnout, emotional labor, catholic guilt, and creating easier moments even when life is moving at full speed. We also share our own holiday struggles, wins, and the little rituals that keep us sane (or at least saner) in the midst of family dynamics, the school events, the travel, the budgets, the gifts, the end-of-year deadlines.
How are women expected to keep it cute, calm, and collected?!

Whether you’re juggling work, family, or your own expectations, this episode reminds you that you’re not alone and perfection is not the assignment.

Stream this one and let’s survive the holidays together… with a little humor, a little heart, and a whole lot of Level Up Latina energy.

The holidays bring out a lot... the joy, the chaos, the chisme… and sometimes the wounds we thought we outgrew. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about healing our inner niña during one of the most emotionally charged seasons of the year.

We unpack how childhood patterns show up around family gatherings, money, traditions, expectations, and those “¿y tu novio?” questions. We get honest about what triggers us, what comforts us, and how we can create new rituals that honor who we are now — not just who we had to be growing up.

Join us for a heartfelt and real conversation on giving ourselves permission to re-set, feel, set boundaries, and to show up with compassion for ourselves.

If you’ve ever needed a reminder that healing is possible (even with tías asking for the 10th time about your life choices), this episode is for you.

Tune in, reflect, and maybe hug your inner niña a little tighter this season.

Swipe to guess who this niña is???➡️➡️➡️

In this special random episode of the Level Up Latina Podcast, we flipped the script and let our very own “Chata” (aka ChatGPT) take the lead and answer her questions about life, family, growth, and the things we’re finally ready to let go of before we enter 2026.

Expect laughter, unexpected honesty, and some deep reflection as we talk about the things that make us proud, surprising things happening, generational patterns we’re breaking, and the version of ourselves we’re choosing to leave behind in 2025.

It’s a little unfiltered, a little therapeutic, and a whole lot of real. Grab your cafecito and join the conversation... you might find yourself answering these same questions, too.

What are YOU ready to release in this season of your life?

Everyone’s talking about being in their “this era” or “that era,” but what about stepping into a soft era? In this week’s L*L podcast, we explore what it really means to embrace softness—guilt-free, without apologizing, and without confusing rest for laziness. Or as our mommas would say… being flojas.

This is a cannot-miss-topic!
