Q: Is this an MLM?
A: According to our training, no. This is a leverage-based business model with a team and compensation structure.
We donāt build the business by making lists of friends and family, cold-calling people, or pressuring anyone to buy or join. We learn how to attract people who are interested and introduce them to the business.
Q: What are you actually selling?
A: There are products involved, and I want to be clear about that.
When someone decides they want to become a distributor, a coach helps them understand the available product packages and decide which one fits their needs. The coach helps direct them through the ordering process.
The order is placed with the company, and the company handles fulfillment and ships the product directly to the customer. There is also a shipping cost.
I donāt keep inventory in my home, package orders, or ship products myself.
Q: So, do you sell products?
A: There is a sales process involved, yes. I donāt want to tell you otherwise.
My role isnāt traditional retail selling where Iām carrying inventory and trying to sell products door-to-door. I use the business system to generate interest and connect people with information about the business.
When someone wants to move forward, the coach helps them understand the product options and ordering process.
Q: Then how do you make money?
A: The business has a compensation plan that includes the results of your own business activity and the results of your team. Thatās the leverage part of the model.
Iām not going to throw income numbers around or make promises. Results depend on the individual, their effort, and the companyās compensation plan.
Q: Do I have to recruit my friends and family?
A: No. Thatās not how I choose to build my business.
I use attraction marketing and organic social media to put my story and the business in front of people who may be interested. I want people to come to me because something Iāve shared resonates with themānot because Iāve pressured them.
