New site alert! 💜

A medspa's services shift constantly: new treatments added, older ones retired, memberships updated. The problem is most websites never catch up.

☀️Monday Inbox, 8:04 AM.

You open the inbox, and three messages came in on Saturday afternoon you totally missed or couldn't get to. One of them was ready to buy.

By now, that person has contacted two other companies, your competition. One of them answered.

Nobody did anything wrong here. You were unavailable. That is allowed. But the person shopping on Saturday needed information then, and they did not want to wait until Monday to decide.

This is not a marketing problem. Your marketing worked: they found you. The problem is the 48 hours between the moment they raised their hand and the moment a human saw it.

The Monday inbox can be overwhelming and disappointing. 😩
