Feel free to send material or links of your band for a review in our magazine. We also like to post advertisements for other companies, and other labels or (non SpeedSlaughter) bands for a small fee. About SpeedSlaughter Productions; we give bands a oppertunity to publish and distribute a -UNPUBLISHED- Do It Yourself cd through SpeedSlaughter. It is for (beginning) bands that have difficulties in
finding a record label, or are dropped by a label or simply, can`t produce a D.I.Y. cd themselves. SpeedSlaughter produces the pro cd`s and distribution goes through Zwaertgevegt label/distro. For the moment it are cd-r cd`s with a printed cd label, and a printed 2-4 page colour or black and white booklet, in a slim case. SpeedSlaughter and our befriended distro, Zwaertgevegt label/distro, sells the cd`s. We also have a bandcamp page, and your digital album will be sold there as well, that is required. SpeedSlaughter doesn`t do contracts (yet). But a confirmation that you agree to a publication is binding. Each band can get a free copy of their album. If enough (like 100) physical albums and digital albums are sold, money may go to the band. SpeedSlaughter takes their fair share first for their services, and to cover the own costs. A song of your release will be used for SpeedSlaughter compilation albums, but no money can be claimed for that. It is to finance the label and promotional activities plus our own costs. So all you have to do, after your agreement with SpeedSlaughter, is: Send your music (mp3 or wave files only!). Be sure the music and artwork are ready and done. Once published changes can`t be made. Artwork has to be in JPEG or PDF and 12x12CM or 12x24CM format for a 1, 2, 3 or 4 page booklet. SpeedSlaughter has it`s own design for the cd label. A warning;
If the band decides to use other distro`s or other label(s) besides Zwaertgevegt & SpeedSlaughter Productions, WE are not responsible if troubles occur. Permission has to be asked to us if you want to publish through another label though. We prefer to publish music that has not been published before. If we find out that your album is published by another label before, or is availalble on any other source (Bandcamp etc.), we will not pay you for your sold albums. As agreed with some bands we do not sell their albums on our bandcamp. SpeedSlaughter will sell albums themselves in MP3 format to costumers instead, when physical albums are sold out. Hi folks, sadly I'm not able yet to work on SpeedSlaughter... Hopefully later this year, maybe in fall, I can.
There will be changes... But no major changes. Publishing and promoting for in the house bands will remain for free. But I won't publish pro CD-R productions no more. Instead of that, there will be digital downloads. And I'm thinking of very limited edition publications, in a different format. All CD's are sold out and no longer available from Zwaertgevegt.
Album reviews/promotion for other labels their publications can't be done for free no more. I need people to help me with SpeedSlaughter. And (sadly) the only way to get me a helping hand, seems to be with paid personnel. Besides that, I think me and the former SpeedSlaughter crew have done a lot for free already.
I prefer to have people in the SS team whom I know for years, and whom have knowledge of the arts of music. Armand Martin (Plagues of Rhyzyktus) and Michael Blanchard (Akerthorpe) are very missed. Check out the SpeedSlaughter bandcamp with various ambient, black metal and death metal albums and compilations.

Due to serious health problems I haven't been able to work on SpeedSlaughter. Just when everything seems to go right, one thing goes seriously wrong. After my recovery I will work on SpeedSlaughter.

It took a long, long time but SpeedSlaughter is slowly working on getting back into business! Years of bad luck seem to be over and I'm excited to work with bands like Plagues of Rhyzyktus again. A lot of things will change though... New terms of using the services, to name something. It is very outdated and changes need to be made. In the past any band was welcome for a review, interview, some promotion and a CD release. Sadly, because there's no team no more, I have to be very selective when it comes to bands requests for a publication/support. Also, there won't be CD releases anymore, as I'm working on a alternative way to publish music. SpeedSlaughter has digital downloads on its Bandcamp and hopefully soon I can publish some new material of one of our "in the house" artists, to start with. We give all kinds of bands in the extreme music scene a oppertunity to publish a pro-cdr through SpeedSlaughter. Send your music and cd coverartwork to us; PDF files for the artwork and mp3 or wave files sare recommended. Be sure the music and artwork are done so no changes have to be made afterwards. The artwork has to be in 12x12 cm or 12x24 cm format for a 1, 2, 3 or 4 page booklet. SpeedSlaughter has it`s own design for the cd label. If drastic changes need to be made to the artwork or layout, we will charge a fee.
A warning;
If the band decides to use other distro`s or other label(s) besides Zwaertgevegt & SpeedSlaughter Productions, WE are not responsible for it when troubles of any kind occur with the other labels or distro`s. You, the band or artist, are responsible for your own actions and we won`t interfere.
We prefer to publish music that has not been published before. If we find out that your album is published by, and on any other source but ours (Bandcamp etc.), and you don`t let us know, you, the artist or band, won`t be paid for sold albums. Also separation between SpeedSlaughter and you, the artist, will follow. Also self promotion about your cd publication through SpeedSlaughter is very recommended. Let the people know where to buy your cd!
The copyrights of all publications are of SpeedSlaughter Productions when published through SpeedSlaughter.
