A man who had been in custody since Monday afternoon died at the Montgomery County Jail on Tuesday morning, officials say. Multiple agencies are investigating. Link to story in the comments.

FENTANYL FLYER: Authorities in Montgomery County say two county employees began to experience dizziness and other symptoms after being handed a flyer that later tested positive for fentanyl. A woman reportedly handed them the flyer in the parking lot of a library.

"We share this information not to alarm the community, but to raise public awareness. We urge everyone to exercise caution and avoid accepting items from unknown individuals in public settings," the Pct. 4 Constable's Office wrote.

**11/4/2025 Update: Kimberly has been located and is safe.***Kimberly was last seen leaving The Woodlands Springs Mental Health Facility located at 15860 Old Conroe Rd., in Conroe. Kimberly told the staff she was ordering an Uber back to her residence in The Woodlands but she never arrived.
