I wanted to hit you guys with a solid 500-mile long-term durability test on the 21,000-watt Zenva Dash S hyper scooter. Instead, this thing tapped out at about 250 miles.

During heavy testing, the rear end of this machine completely failed and became absolutely UNSAFE to continue riding. When a 90 mph scooter develops catastrophic structural play in the rear geometry, pushing it further is just asking for a trip to the ER.

But the real kicker? The customer service. I gave the brand weeks to fix this. They promised me replacement parts would be ready to ship in 5 days. Then... nothing but sand bagging and straight-up refusals to send the parts.

If a brand builds a machine this fast but won't stand behind its structural integrity or its customers, you need to know about it. We're breaking down everything in this video that went wrong with my scooter.

Gspace has great customer service. Trust me I’ve ran into enough brands that are terrible that I know the difference.

As Gspace grows, there will always be some growing pains like slower response times. But I do think they take care of their customers. I trust them to diagnose and help fix your scooter if something happens.
