I want to give you all a quick update. At the moment, our online store is out of stock in Black Pepper and Hot ’n Spicy, but we’re working hard to get those flavors made and back on the shelves soon.

As many of you know, the price of beef continues to rise, and that hits small startups like ours the hardest. I hear the concerns about our pricing, and I understand the comparisons to larger national brands and even other Kentucky-based companies. But I want to remind you—those brands operate at massive scale, while we’re still building from the ground up.

Here’s my promise to you: while the cost of production is going up, I will do everything possible to keep your price the same. What I will never do is compromise on quality. We will never use fillers or additives just to cut costs or pad weight. RJ’s Beef Jerky will always be made from whole muscle inside round beef—never processed scraps.

I care deeply about giving you the best jerky I can make, and I’m grateful to every one of you who has chosen us as your favorite snack. Your support means everything. We’ll have both your local stores and our online shop fully stocked with all flavors very soon.
