From the Stands to the Infield: My Dirt Track Dream 🥹❤️
There’s something about the sound of engines roaring against the night sky and the smell of red clay dust lingering in the air that always felt like home to me. But I never imagined I’d find myself this close to the action — not just watching from the stands, but right here in the dirt, camera in hand, chasing the stories that live in every lap.
Growing up, I used to watch in awe as the cars flew by, wishing I could freeze those moments in time — the raw emotion, the grit, the glory. Back then, it felt like a far-off dream. But now, I get to live it.
This camera? It’s more than a tool. It’s my voice. It’s how I show the world what it feels like to be part of this world — not just the speed or the sound, but the heart behind it all. The quiet moments in the pits, the nervous eyes behind the helmets, the pure joy after a win, the heartbreak after a crash. I get to tell those stories.
Doing media at the dirt track has given me purpose, freedom, and fire. It’s helped me find my people. It’s helped me find me.
Every photo I snap, every second of video I record — it’s a piece of my dream captured forever. And for that, I’ll never take this life for granted.
Because this isn’t just a passion.
This is the dream I used to whisper to myself when no one was listening.
And now, I get to live it — in the dirt, under the lights, one frame at a time.
