🤸Ep. 259 with guest Alexa Darrin is ready to roll. Her former career saw her directing award-winning documentaries for one of the world's largest video game companies and serving as a creative director at a top LA advertising agency.

More recently, as she recovered from the loss of her sister and best friend, Alexa honed her intuitive skills using what she learned to verify the spirit connection with her sister. She's now doing soul clearings and connecting people with soul blueprints--basically helping them navigate their lives more consciously. We're talking about spirit connections, boundaries, choices leading to empowerment, obligations, manifestation hacks that can be illusory, the power of small yet committed change + so much more.

My guest this week, Earle Birney, is the head of curriculum development and lead teacher with the Yoga Studies Institute. YSI reaches over 10,000 students a year with yoga programs and retreats, meditation teacher trainings, and philosophy workshops.

Earle's journey into Buddhist practice began while he was incarcerated. Books of substance landed in his hands. Ever read a book that changed your life? With Earle, that book was **Progressive Stages of Meditation on Emptiness** by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, a renowned Tibetan Buddhist scholar and yogi. He hadn't been looking for deities or religion to enlighten him, but Earle could connect with philosophy. Part of our conversation is about how much Buddhist literature is out there untranslated, but even having access to some of it can rearrange your thinking.

We're getting into renunciation, moral codes, core values, digital detox, three years of not speaking, nine stages of meditation ala Kamalasila + so much more. šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø

Hope dealer and author, Justin Shaw, is my guest this week. Justin is a mystical comedian, Dr. of Divinity, and a **Sourcerer** passionate about empowering people to reclaim their self-worth. Following a long battle with substance abuse, PTSD, depression and anxiety disorders, Justin experienced firsthand the redeeming power of Source energy after an incredible experience he will never forget. We're talking shadow work, alternatives to AA, saying no to Sunday schoolšŸ˜‚, bliss attacks, discernment, crossing a river of change + so much more! You'll find out why Justin reckons we're like a hologram hitting a disco ball, and what we're taking with us from this simulation.

I appreciate his thoughtful approach to healing from a rough ride earlier in life and how he hopes to extend light to others.šŸ’«

✨Michael Rosenberg is my guest this week. Before he became a guiding voice for the spiritually curious and purpose-driven, Michael was living a life that looked successful on paper but felt hollow at the core. For 11 years, he climbed the corporate sales ladder—his days packed with deals, his spirit quietly fraying.

Then came 2020, a year of initiation. A global pause, a personal reckoning, and a moment of surprising choice. As with the beginning of this podcast, it was a time to stop waiting for permission and start listening to the call within.

What followed was not just a career pivot—it was a pilgrimage. Across 14 countries, Michael traded the grind for growth, spreadsheets for soul work, and burnout for belonging. That journey didn’t just heal him—it revealed his true calling: to help others dissolve limiting beliefs and walk the path of intentional living.

By meeting other seekers along the way, he also got glimpses of a new pantheon to inspire his inner meditations--and lift his spirits when he found himself too alone.

Today, Michael is a transformational speaker, a wayfinder for those who feel stuck but know they’re meant for more. His work is grounded in the simple yet profound truth: when you follow the whispers of the heart, you find your way back to yourself.

šŸŒžSacred StreamĀ co-founder/executive director *Laura Chandler* is my guest this week.Ā As one dedicated to the preservation of practices that contribute to the healing of the earth and the awakening of humanity, Laura is a generous spirit. Michael McAdams is my guest this week. In 1977, his mother Wilma Jean Jones, began receiving messages and teachings from spirit teachers and angels in dedicated sessions, a process that continued for 22 years. Her writings, compiled with Michael, are preserved in three volumes of her book, *An Angel Told Me So*. Through these messages, she sought spiritual insight and divine guidance.

Even though he was raised in the Pentecostal church, Michael always felt more spiritual than religious. He very much continued in the footsteps of his mother regarding messages from spirit. He performed psychometry (picking up the energetic vibration of objects belonging to others) and received his own messages. This is a story of generational mediumship and spiritual legacy. It’s heartening that a mother and son can share a unique journey such as this one while aspiring to elevate those around them.🌻

šŸ¾Folks, we’re at episode 250! šŸ™ŒLots of time and love has gone into all of these episodes. Celebrate with me and take a listen to this latest episode. Lawyer and multidimensional teacher *CK Alchemy* is my guest this week. We are talking all things fairy 🧚 and sublime—CK has not only designed her own fairy oracle deck (and will be giving me a little reading), but she’s connected with her own extended spirit family, the gangster fairies of the 305. CK started using the Clubhouse app for networking some years back and actually ended up connecting to a spiritual community there instead. She is proof that one can function quite well in the 3D world of law and yet find a spiritual refuge that fosters evolution of consciousness and 5D aspirations. You don’t have to choose one over the other—you can do both. You and I—we—just might be unstoppable.šŸƒšŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø
