🎙️Ep 304 with guest Arky Jones is live! Arky is a podcaster and a man who bridges the worlds of stoicism, logic, and self-reliance with a dash of faith. Arky’s story begins with a simple truth: he always got the things he prayed for. But not because he waited for miracles—because he prayed for things he could act on himself.

In a world where religion can sometimes encourage passivity, Arky challenges that mindset. He sees prayer as partnership, not dependence, It's a call to action rather than a wish list. His faith is grounded in logic and pattern recognition, shaped by the belief that while god may not be fully knowable, the moral framework of past theologies helped build the cooperative society we live in today.

Arky’s believes **money represents stored time**, and that borrowing against it means sacrificing future freedom. He’s wary of materialism. The endless chase for satisfaction that never comes is a frivolous one—and I agree.

Having been homeless at sixteen, Arky learned early that control begins with responsibility. He lives by the principle that **attention is a precious commodity**. He reminds us to focus on what we CAN control and to act with honesty, gratitude, and community spirit.

So, join us as we explore Arky's worldview—a blend of faith, reason, and rebellion against the superficial. It’s a conversation about living deliberately, seeing clearly, and drawing your own line in the sand.

Ep. 303 is live👏 Megan Sweet is my guest. She provides a suite of leadership and personal development services. With a background in school reform, she's a keen observer of systems that need improvement.

Developing healing and intuitive skills has only given her services a boost. I love her practice of examining how she's feeling using quadrants with an x and y axis!

Catch the conversation as we sort out her sources of inspiration on the spirit side and how she progressed on her own intuitive journey.

Hey there--ep 302 has dropped with guest Inna Segal. You may have read her book **The Secret Language of Your Body** or you may have used one of her oracle decks; either way, she's an established presence in the healing community🦋

We're getting into how she started out from a more atheistic perspective, but life experience turned her toward an increasing trust in her intuitive skills. When life presented challenges, she began to receive messages that things would get better--and they did.

Inna is yet another example of someone who allowed the universe to inform her. In addition to her own health issues in this lifetime, she picked up on some ancestral pain that required a long-term healing approach. Her journey will inspire you to take control of your health, whether it's at the physical, emotional or soul level🌿

Psychosomatic bodywork therapist Devin Scott is my guest this week. If you're wondering what that is, psychosomatic bodywork is a holistic, integrative approach that addresses the connection between the mind and body to promote healing on three levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Catch the conversation as Devin and I walk through his journey that began with a secular meditation and yoga practice. Eventually this practice yielded to an accretion of realizations--namely that there is a spirit world, and that you can integrate and refine the troubled fragments of yourself.

Leaning toward the analytical side, Devin studied mathematics, economics and law before he found somatic bodywork. He is proof that even people who are skeptical of intuitive skills can blossom quickly with a little training.

Spiritual practice, whether you believe in one god, many gods or no god, is to promote human evolution and living better🦋

Celebrating Ep. 300!

This week's guest is Krav Maga guru Asher Lester. His story is one of real persistence with meditation--it took him about 15 years to master. It absolutely paid dividends in that meditation led to breath mastery and eventually emotional mastery. We're talking about synergistic effects of combining breathwork and meditation, breath assessments, self-defense, bringing a knife to a gunfight 😢 + so much more.

Hey there, ep 299 with guest Herman Petrick is live!

We're delving into how he clears negative attachments. Years ago, Herman discovered he had a latent talent for zeroing in on parasitic thought forms or entities that meddle with human lives. Not only could he detect these things but he could resolve or clear them, leaving people to feel lighter and in a state of wellbeing. His power is a type of claircognizance (knowing things instinctively) that can pair with other clairs, such as clairvoyance or clairaudience.

Tune in to catch his backstory, how he assists people and how he suggests avoiding the troubled critters in the universe!

Ep 298 is live with guest Dr Golnosh Sharafsaleh. As a geriatrician and gerontologist, she's invested in helping patients live longer and healthier lives. Her lived experience is heartfelt--from being raised by non-religious (but spiritually inclined) parents to dealing with the death of beloved patients and even her own son. Golnosh reveals her loving and wise character in this conversation, in addition to her formidable inner strength.❤️

This episode reminds me of a line from a famous Rumi poem: **The wound is the place where the Light enters you**

We've all got a wound, big or small, so let's find the light together.💥

Inner Compass Guide, Toni LaMotta, is my guest this week. After 16 years living under a vow of obedience in a CONVENT, Toni discovered something:
we all take vows of obedience to family expectations, corporate culture, perfectionism, or relationships--sometimes this leads to a withering of your personal power.

Through various tools and teachers, Toni began to break free of religiosity. She found that the spirit side speaks with a gentle voice to guide you rather than a barking voice that chastises you for what you do poorly.

We're talking about 3 faces of God, being on the same plane as your cat🥰, the Artist's Way, dragonflies, pre-funerals to appreciate elders, the presence practice, Fear to Faith + so much more!

Ep. 296 with author Annie Lisa is live🔥

Annie's story is compelling--she lost her sister in 2015. Her sister was in fact murdered. What followed not only confirmed consciousness after death but that Annie could even continue a spiritual unfoldment with her sister. And her sister did not hesitate to reveal who killed her and how she was killed, by the way. This is a story about sisterly bonds and spiritual insight that grows.

We're also talking about Gaia portals, undoing subconscious patterns, being all in with Catholicism (until you're not😮) + so much more.
