Hats off to the vehicle owners, participants and crew at Old School Sand Cara for hosting an outstanding event this past weekend in Yuma, AZ. Brought back lots of fun memories and it was good to see some old friends again. Looking forward to next years event for sure!

Hi loyal subscribers! We at Sand Sports Magazine have had to reorganize and re-cycle our release date. In an effort to continue to be the best publication providing world class content on all things sand dune related, we have temporarily put the next issue due out mid May on hold. Now before you panic, let me tell you that Sand Sports is alive and well and you will continue to receive your issues but we will be a month behind. But there is some great news! Along with the next issue of Sand Sports due out around the last weekend in June, you will also be getting as part of your subscription, Dune Buggies and Hot VWs Magazine. That's right, right there along with your next issue of Sand Sports will be an issue of Hot VWs. As some of you know, Sand Sports was a spinoff of Hot VWs back in 1995. This is really good news. Hot VWs also runs sand related content in some issues and has its' yearly Sand Special. Now, we are offering both of them to you. It's just more efficient for us to sync the two together and just provide both, win win! So just remember, your next issue will be delayed as we cycle our release with Hot VWs. You won't be disappointed!
