Never change with hopes that you changing will inspire change in someone else you will almost always be disappointed. Change will only come to someone who is inspired to for their own personal reasons and that reason may not be you or your happiness. Change because you are focused on becoming a better person and you will 100% of the time be happy with the results.

Was just having a 1 on 1 conversation with a guy in my husband's group and i just want to say to all the men that can see this.

Please understand how important you mental health is. I told him that men were made with bigger shoulders so we could carry more. And the more healthier we are the more we can carry physically and mentally.

If you can't talk to your significant other find someone to talk to (preferably a counselor or close friend not a side piece). So many husband's feel like they can't express their feelings without it being taken as a personal shot at their wives. So they rather keep things bottled up. And that is horrible for a relationship or marriage.

Keep an understanding, considerate and open minded lines communications open with your significant other and watch how your relationship and marriage blossoms.

Nothing you do will ever be enough for some people.

It will always be more you cld have done.

No matter what you have in front of you if their scraps dont make it to your plate. Everything else you ate for them will not matter.

There's 2 type of people.
"You could've/should have done this." or "I could've/should have done this." You will never be able to control the person someone is to you. You can only control the person you are to people. Be a better person today than you were yesterday and tomorrow be a better person than you are today.

My 2cents

Had a great discussion this week in my group and I thought I'd share my 2cents.

Close to 50% of all relationships and marriages have either both or one of the people involved in that relationships or marriage patiently wait for the other to either mess up or leave so they don't look like the bad guy or to save face with family or friends.

So when yall are on here envying peoples relationships understand they are probably miserable. Because instead of fighting for their relationships or marriages they are fighting for attention and approval of others when their partner is starving for attention.

The numbers don't lie divorce rate is almost 50% in the United States. If you don't want to be someone's forever don't make the vow to God to do so.

Tired of hearing about friends and family getting divorced.

We all have times where we feel worthless and unwanted.

When you start questioning your worth. Look at everything in your life that brings value to it and pull it closer to you. And i promise the things that bring value to your life will make you understand and see your life as you should.

"The only things you owe consistency to is the things that show consistency to you."
Relationships, friendships, groups, teams and etc. Never let anyone or anything make you feel like their inconsistently is worthy of your consistency.
