Mr Buttercup and I went on an adventure today- mainly to tractor supply but on our way back we stopped at the friendliest food truck- Sorta Rican. The husband and wife duo make everything from scratch everyday and definitely put the love in it. Also, who doesn’t love a fresh pina coloda in a pineapple in this heat?! I can’t wait to go try more things!

So, I went to the swap this morning and it was lovely. Shockingly it wasn’t unbearably hot, lots of people brought their best and it was just a vibe. As much as I love never leaving the farm it was a good reminder that there’s a whole community out there with their arms open. Bonus points for me- all I came home with was a wreath made by the sweetest little lady and some candles from Dirty Bird Hobby Farm- pic of some of her handcrafted goodies 🫶🏻

We just need one more chicken pen set and cleanup of course but the biggest moves are done! We are exhausted- this heat has us worn out but we’re so close! This was just this afternoon and so much has changed!
