🏖️Burr Pond State Park – Hike or chill by the beach in Torrington. Trails, grills, swimming spots = summer magic.

🍽️GastroPark, West Hartford – Food trucks + drinks + dessert. Laidback and perfect for families, friends, or date night.

🐑Westmoor Park – Free animal farm + trails. A total win if you have little kids and just want to be outside for an hour without spending a dime.

✨Nothing beats a homemade sandwich, especially when it’s made with my favorite chicken salad ever! Add bacon, cheddar cheese, and Hawaiian bread... chef’s kiss 😘🇺🇸

I’ve been obsessed with chicken salad for years, it’s made in Attleboro, MA, but you can grab it and other local stores.
