🪸 Vesra is a crafty servant of the depths. Not long after her spawning, Vesra caught the attention of the Dark Scale Leviathan. From the ocean depths, it cocooned Vesra within its malignant power and bestowed upon her the ability to spellcast.
🧜🏻♀️ A shape-shifter, Vesra can appear as a lovely young woman or as a scaly mer-creature. She can walk on human legs or convert her gown into a squid-like membrane that allows her to swim. Her human hands are fair with long fingernails. Her mer-hands have webbed fingers tipped with claws.
🐚 Her voice echoes like sonar through the minds of others. In combat, she uses illusions, psychic spells, and her familiar to sow confusion. Then she closes in with her claws or vanishes into ink-like shadows.
