Silk City Coffee welcome to the hood! Our interview was chock full of baked goods, lattes and pour overs, wasn't it?

What's not to love about your raspberry bars, pumpkin bread (thanks for the recipe, grandma), your GF apple cider donut, cookies, carrot cake and...coffee, of course.

Not only was the pumpkin spice latte served in the studio winner. but I had the golden opportunity to give Tammy and Sarah a birthday gift to celebrate the Silk City's birthday!🎉

Next up on Monday, October 27th is none other than who is Food Service Director at Naugatuck Public Schools. I happened to attend a gathering in Westford, CT. that he catered and I was blown away by what he had prepared. Food service is certainly not the same as when I was going to public schools.
