My guest this past Monday was a delight to dish with. Thanks to Steve Ferrigno and the Mansfield Downtown Partnership, Inc. appearance that brought us all up to date on all the tasty things happening happening near the Campus. He's got a lot going on, that's for certain!

They didn't know.
We were celebrating a major legal victory and wanted eggs and bacon.

We walked in less than a half hour from closing and we were treated kindly, generously, and lavishly with great diner food in huge portions.

I love my community.
Grateful for hospitality.
And for the open door.
We'll be back.

Congrats to Creed Nutrition/Jenna Creed for showing up to the mic this past Monday! With so much passion and support for nutritional goals, Jenna creates individualized plans for us to be our healthiest and most vibrant we can be.

I enjoyed the Butter Pecan Coffee meal replacement long after the interview was done. I also enjoyed the fruity, caffeinated tea that was in a huge, 32 ounce cup.

I actually SHARED my energy bites that she made from scratch. And the best part was her story. Her story of what got her to where she is and what keeps her there. You won't want to miss this interview with visual enhancements AND the uncomfortable starting part of the interview as we continue to work out the kinks in this new season at Good Company WILI 1400 & 95.3. :)
