We are proud to officially welcome Morgan Hill as our new Assistant General Manager.

A U.S. Air Force veteran and longtime football athlete with a standout reputation at this level, Morgan brings discipline, leadership, and a deep passion for the game into the Rapids front office.

This season, Morgan will work closely with Owner & active GM Daniel Demand, gaining hands-on experience and guidance. With this foundation, Morgan will be fully prepared to step into the General Manager role next season, leading the charge as the Rapids prepare for our next phase of expansion.

His commitment to excellence, both on the field and in the community, makes him the perfect fit to help steer this organization toward a promising future.

The Rapids are proud to name Paula Howard as our first-ever Director of Community Service & Projects!

A proud Cuyahoga Falls High School alumna, Paula has already made a tremendous impact within the Rapids family. While she contributed as a valued member of our Media Team last season, she truly shined when she organized and executed a bake sale that raised over $500 for a local boy battling leukemia. That passion and drive to give back made it clear she was destined for a greater role.

In her new position, Paula will become a force of nature for the Rapids’ charitable and community efforts — arranging and developing innovative ways for the team to serve others, strengthening relationships with nonprofit partners, and creating opportunities for our players to actively work hand-in-hand with causes that matter.

We are beyond excited to watch Paula thrive as she leads this new chapter of community impact for the Rapids organization.
