Last derb of 2023! We had a plan from the start and executed on Day 1 as planned catching 25lbs+. We had a bit of a hill to climb but knew where and how we were going to catch them. As Lake Erie weather changed for the worse, our plans for Day 2 had to change due to the tournament being locked into the Sandusky Bay. Jonathan Barker and I have zero knowledge of the bay and as luck would have it, we put a plan together to fish the way we liked to for Greens. Ended up climbing from 7th to 4th in a stacked field to cash a check, claim a plaque, and gain momentum going into 2024.
