The Community Christmas Project will be having sign ups on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Harrison County Fire Department Station 1 on Oddville Avenue.

Children from birth to age 10 are eligible to receive Christmas gifts through the decades-old tradition started in the 1970s and carried on by the Carson family ever since.

To sign up, you must be a resident of Harrison County and the child you are signing up must live with you.

Toys may be picked up Monday, Dec. 15, at the fire department.
