✨Wednesday Night Live recapšŸŽ„

Healing helps us make different choices, move forward with greater peace, and stop repeating patterns that once kept us stuck. And when we invite God into the process, we can sit with Him, go deeper, and begin tending to the wounds we’ve carried.

I loved this conversation about inner healing with my special guest, Lady Elect Ashley ✨Lady Elect Ashley✨

She’s hosting Journey 2 Freedom, a healing masterclass with four Saturday sessions, October 10–31, 2026.

Sis, healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. šŸ’—

✨It’s Women Winning Wednesday! ✨

Today, I’m spotlighting a young entrepreneur who is near and dear to my heart: Brooklyn Crockett, owner of Brookies Cookies! šŸŖ

Brooklyn is a talented baker serving the Humble and Houston areas through pop-up shops and local delivery. I love seeing young people use their gifts, build businesses, and get their money!

Her twin sister, Bailey, is also an entrepreneur who braids hair. These young ladies remind me of when I was 12 years old, traveling around Houston and braiding hair. Entrepreneurship can start at any age!

Please show Brooklyn some love and support her business. Her page and additional information will be shared below. If you’re interested in ordering or connecting with her, drop a comment!

Keep going, Brooklyn. I’m praying that God takes you as far as you desire to go. šŸ’•šŸ™šŸ½

You’re not broken—you’re just being purposefully rebuilt.

It’s important that we move our bodies everyday, but why I wait to the heat of the day to do it🄵but I had to move my body today y’allšŸ¦šŸ’ŖšŸ¾

Idk why I was playing with this Texas heat like this. I don’t go out between the hours of 12:00pm-7:00pm unless it’s absolutely necessaryšŸ˜†
Have y’all moved y’all body today?

Marriage is not about money, fame, or status—it’s about partnership.

One person shouldn’t be doing all the pouring while the other only receives. And I’m not just talking financially.

Yes, money matters. But marriage requires so much more: emotional support, respect, communication, sacrifice, encouragement, and mutual effort.

I’m talking about relationships and marriages so we can examine the root issues, become more aware, and learn from what we’re seeing. Pray for discernment, because everything isn’t always as simple as it looks from the outside.

Marriage is a give-and-take. A partnership. Both people should be pouring into the covenant—not just taking from it.

This is a clip from my Just My Thoughts reaction to the Todd and Kandi situation. What do you believe makes a marriage feel one-sided?

Y’all… have you ever seen somebody WALK HARD?!šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Not fast. Not aggressive. Just… every step look like it got some WEIGHT behind it. BOOM. BOOM. BOOM😭

I was sitting in the parking lot people watching, minding everybody else’s business šŸ˜‚ and this man came walking out the store and all I could hear in my head was BOOM… BOOM… BOOM.

I said, ā€œNow why this man walking so HARD?ā€šŸ˜‚

This is exactly why I don’t mind being by myself. Baby, I entertain ME😭

Happy Saturday, y’all! What are y’all doing today?

We have to do better, ladies. Accountability doesn’t stop being accountability just because you like the person who was wrong.

I’m not a man basher, and I’m not picking sides because I’m a fan. Men have feelings too, and we can’t dismiss their hurt just because we relate more to the woman.

I can support women and still hold women accountable. Both can be truešŸ¤—šŸ’—

If we want our voices heard, we have to be willing to hear theirs too.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. šŸ˜‚

Just My Thoughts reaction video on Todd & Kandi is coming soon. šŸ‘€

09/18/2026

This clip comes from my Just My Thoughts Reaction Video Series on YouTube, where I was discussing the Aja Yada interview with Carlos King.

But don’t get stuck on the people.

Because this applies to ANY relationship.

It’s the same reason I brought up accountability when talking about Kandi and Todd.

After a breakup or divorce, you can hear two completely different versions of the same relationship—and both people may genuinely believe what they’re saying.

One person says:

ā€œI never hurt you.ā€

Meanwhile, the other person is still trying to heal from what happened.

Because intent does not always erase impact.

That’s why healing matters.

Stop rushing from relationship to relationship because you don’t want to sit with what happened.

Sit with it.
Process it.
Own your part.
Heal the wound.

Because an unhealed heart can have you making somebody new answer for somebody else’s behavior.

And THAT is how cycles continue.

WAIT… so you can tell YOUR side, but he can’t tell HIS? šŸ‘€

Nah, sis. We gotta be fair.

I love Kandi, but women have to stop confusing being hurt with automatically being the victim in every part of the story.

Two people were in that marriage.

And if both people decide to speak, both people are entitled to tell their experience.

You might not like his version.
You might be embarrassed by his version.
You might completely disagree with his version.

But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t get one.

And ladies, this is where ACCOUNTABILITY comes in.

If something comes out about choices you willingly participated in, you can’t rewrite history just because the relationship ended badly.

Healing requires us to be able to say:

ā€œYep. I did that.ā€
ā€œYep. I tolerated that.ā€
ā€œYep. I made some decisions I wouldn’t make today.ā€

WITHOUT making ourselves the permanent victim.

This conversation is bigger than Kandi and Todd.

You cannot demand the microphone for your story and then sn**ch it away when the other person starts talking.

What y’all think? šŸ‘€
