Dadeville Tigers - You Fought with Heart
Last night's season opener was a nail-biter, and though the scoreboard read 30-31, it doesn't tell the full story.

Our Tigers showed grit, teamwork, and the kind of fight that makes a town proud.

Losses sting, but they also sharpen us. This team is building something strong, and every yard gained last night was a step toward greatness.

Keep your heads high, Tigers. 🐅

You've got a whole season to roar. ⭐️

Dadeville stands with you - loud, proud, and ready for the next battle.

Thirteen Cans. A Locked Case. A
Bigger Story.

Earlier this week, two women were caught stealing 13 cans of baby formula from a local store. It made headlines-but behind the headlines is a deeper question:

Why is baby formula kept under lock and key?
Because it's not just food-it's currency in a broken system.

Here's what's driving the thefts:

• Organized crime rings target formula for resale-it's high-value and in demand.
• Prices are steep, making it unaffordable for many families.
* Shortages turn formula into a black-market item.
• Retailers respond by locking it up, placing it behind counters, or under surveillance.

But let's be clear: not every theft is about desperation. Some are profit-driven. Still, the fact that baby formula is both a basic need and a target for organized crime should stop us in our tracks.

Thirteen cans. Maybe stolen for profit. Maybe stolen for survival. Either way, it's a symptom of something deeper.

Let's not just lock up the formula. Let's unlock the conversation.

* Feed the babies. Support the families. Fix the system.

🌊 2,000 Years Beneath the Waves: Egypt has unveiled breathtaking relics from the sunken city of Canopus near Alexandria—statues, sphinxes, and a dock from the Ptolemaic and Roman eras, all pulled from the depths of the sea. These treasures will be featured in the upcoming “Secrets of the Sunken City” exhibit at the Alexandria National Museum.

As Alexandria’s coastline sinks, these discoveries remind us of the fragile beauty of cultural heritage—and the urgency to preserve it.

🧭 From ancient trade routes to modern flood defenses, the story of Abu Qir Bay is one of resilience and revelation.

Our Story

The Dadeville Experience was started a little over a year ago. November 2020 will make it two years to be exact. Just a citizen and volunteer, I was not born and raised in Dadeville. I was utterly unaware of what all Dadeville and its community had to offer. After I moved to Dadeville, I made many trips through the town. I found myself telling my born and bred Dadeville spouse how I didn’t know we had one of those places or dang who would know this was over here and how I desired to live in a quaint and caring community. It was during that time that I came up with the idea of “The Dadeville Experience,” one place where the community could come together and share what it has to offer while supporting local business and helping to drive in tourists though social media. I wanted to promote support for the children of Dadeville, mental health, and bring art to the forefront. The dreamer I am, and being a firm believer in if you want it, you can get it as long as your heart is pure and the will is good, so “The Peoples Online Paper,” “The Dadeville Experience,” and its slogan “Keeping It Local” was born.

Blessed beyond measure, I hope my appreciation to our Father comes through shining.
