Earlier this year I started working with a captured market and developed a duplicatable system... guess what... it's working!! My agents are earning an additional $2000+ monthly.
I am looking for TEXAS licensed life insurance agents looking for a team or brokerage to add to your platform.
I need agents to support the leads we have to help with for a captured market here in Dallas. This is a hybrid position fully commission bases. Requires 1 monthly in person event and the rest is held on zoom from your home office.

I'm the Business Director/ Field Director spearheading this program and have developed a process and guess what... IT'S WORKING!!
I'm not charging for leads but I will be offering:

Rain or shine, real friends are there by your side. 💯 When the world is making excuses, the loyal ones bring the umbrella. 🌧️

This past week has been incredibly gut wrenching...Our precious beagle Girly has been missing since last Tuesday. While this has been truly heartbreaking, it has shown me that WOW, I'm blessed with an amazing tribe. But receiving is NOT natural or easy for me.

Lu Lu made me handmade from scratch Vietnamese healing soup to heal me from my cold. She would not stand for me eating out of a can. 🫣

All my precious friends Jenny Connolley, Jen Nguyen, Alyson Powers Michelle Cortinas-Bonanno Michele Tomlinson Amanda Galicia MaryGrace Leal-Anasco Marycel Leal Kimberly Y. Williams Tory Wilson have all been incredibly helpful and supportive in posting, sharing, praying, putting up fliers, making call outs and being here with me during this time.

My business partners, Angie Martinez, Lesli Welc, and Michelle Empowers You have stepped up and been there for me on the business side fully supportive.

The amazing Priya Patel and the sacred space she hold us us 12 ladies on her She Ascends Collective has allowed me to embrace all the grace and love I'm being given. By working with this collective I've embraced how fast and furious all my dreams and desires are manifesting and coming true.

My amazing sons have been so supportive, cooking dinner, picking up the house cleaning and tons of hugs.

This is the month is a big growth month for me. I am one who struggles receiving gifts, grace, above and beyond compassion, all hands on deck support. Why?? Because that's MY ROLE. I'm the best friend ever. I'm your go to support person. I'm the one people call for heavy lifting, prayers and whatever it takes. Show appreciation for the ones who’ve always had your back ❤️

I hope I see you again Girly, I'll never stop looking for you. If meant to be, I'll see you again in this lifetime. I love you so much forever. Letting go and receiving ...what a journey this life is.

🥲 Top Picture...Two tired hardworking parents Birth Doula, and BofA lending... and three super cute boys.
Maybe you can relate; Looked happy and put together on the outside, but truthfully on the inside:
🚫 I was at my whits end not understanding how we were working sooo hard but living paycheck to paycheck.
🚫 No understanding that I could get paid to spend money by my credit card company.
🚫 I was sooo frustrated that I was a woman and didn't know where to start, but I needed to create "financial freedom" (scam, right??)
The change in the bottom picture reflects def that we are all getting older, (boys much taller!), and maybe some of us less hair and more wrinkles... but what you don't see is the pursuit of skills and taking risks that 5X our income.
We did that by learning foundational skills and continuing to leverage.
To the mama in the top picture... (myself 14 years ago), WE DID IT!
✅ Getting paid to spend money!
✅ Learning and helping other women create financial foundations that lead to freedom!
✅ Kids attending the best schools in the world!
✅ Only getting better...

GIRL CAVVVVEEEEE Ladies!

Gosh, I love connecting with amazing professional women! It never seems to disappoint. Medlock hosted her grand opening of The Girl Cave Business Edition; I got the invite and gladly accepted! Having my own women's community Women of OIC, I will never turn down that opportunity!

I loved bringing my own business partners, friends and we had a marvelous time together making new connections.

As I absorbed the vibrant room of professional women we discussed how exciting and how much sacrifice the building of this community must've been.

While chatting over cocktails, a cool realization came to fruition - each of us, in our lives and in our careers are building our own “skyscrapers.” You may not be able to physically see them, but they exist.
