An influencer is defined as a person with the power to affect purchase decisions of others because of his/her authority, knowledge, position, or relationship. An influencer can also be defined as someone who has access to a large number of people and can persuade them. Influencers are powerful because they have built relationships with their followers. These followers trust the influencer and look to him/her for recommendations on what to buy, where to go, or what to do.
