I love a good yoga class or Zumba class. Jalen had be out here taking all sorts of intense fitness classes and it is just not where I’m at 😅. I’ve always been a dance class kinda of gal and it has always been like a fun activity to do, not just exercise. Movement and exercise was part of my hobbies. Changing my movement to an intense workout oddly gets rid of the hobby and the exercise because I just do neither lmao. It’s like I go on a movement strike thinking “no I shouldn’t take this class I should go take the incredible glutes class” and then just stay home because that sounds awful 😅.

Anyway. I’m back to yoga and zumba so root for me.
