🥩 Fork + Fire Festival did NOT come to play!
Unlimited bites, endless drinks, and some of the best chefs in Texas cooking over open fire. I had everything from picanha and tri-tip to Texas quail and bison, and I’d do it all over again. Safe to say I left very full and very happy.

🥟 Huge Xiao Long Bao 🥟 This might be the biggest Xiao Long Bao in Dallas and it’s homemade! is a new Chinese restaurant run by a well-known and highly experienced head chef. The menu is packed with Jiangnan-inspired classics. My favorite dish was the Wagyu & Black Truffle Xiao Long Bao.

✨ Another highlight is the Peking Duck, slow-roasted in traditional hanging ovens. Each duck develops a rich, smoky aroma as the fat drips into open flames. Also liked the Beijing Noodle and Uptown Spicy Chicken, both solid picks.
