Recently single mom and a man asked for my number in the parking lot.
Hi! So I was out and about with my LO and dressed pretty lazily to avoid being noticed, well; when I was loading my groceries a man in his vehicle asked me my name, where my babies father was, my astrology sign, what I did for work, and finally my number. I’m 25 and he looked to be at least 15-20 years older than I.

I felt too scared to decline the number but I did first say “sure what’s yours?(:” but he reiterated that he wanted my number and to make sure that he could call me and see that his number popped up on my phone, I told him my car doesn’t have ac and that I needed to get my baby home, and once I got home this is the text(s) I received.

What should I do? He came off as flirty in the parking lot but his texts say he wants me to see him as family..? Should I just block the number? Give me some clarity fellow Redditors! I don’t wanna be naive about this situation but I am a recluse and don’t pick up social cues very well.

Literally dont know what to do
I work at Home Depot and have been trying to get two Sundays off a month so I can go to church. I asked my manager about it before but it wasn’t yes or no and I really don’t want to keep calling off on Sundays just to go. I already had to call off once for church before I don’t want that to become a thing to where I lose my job for attendance. I decided to just leave a note on the desk. I said I have open availability any other day and that I’m happy to work any other time but I just really need those Sundays. I signed it,dated it, and even took a pic for my records. I tried to keep it polite and professional I’ll drop a pic of the note. My manager had said they can’t do it because they would have to do it for everyone and most people go to church on Sundays. But I looked around, and a lot of people don’t actually go to church on Sundays… so that reasoning feels off to me. I had to wait a month for schedule change availability. After the month hit I also put my request in but was denied for it. I just want to handle this the right way be polite, not pushy, make sure my request is taken seriously, and avoid calling off on Sundays. I also want to make sure I have proof in case this ever becomes an issue later.

I really don’t want to come off rude :( or mean I don’t know just not in a bad way at all. I just really like going to church on Sunday I’m not really into going on the weekday for church it’s not the same sermons and things as my Sunday.

My wife is getting letters like this
My wife's grandmother is nuts. We have cut contact with her. Now she is sending letters like this. This one was sent to her at her school. This week we have received 2 letters at home from someone appogizing for their grandson's letter. We know it is her. Now someone in the same household saw an outgoing letter and it is addressed to my wife's boss.

She has sent letters to different family members under different names for years. 3 of her 4 kids have nothing to do with her. My kids know to call the police if she shows up at our home.

We are tired of it. Her husband is terrified of her. What do we do?
