INVOICING/PAYMENT
1. My invoice cycle runs Sunday-Saturday night. And the cycle then repeats.
2.

All pieces claimed on live shows, videos, albums, or pulled from pre-claims during that cycle will be invoiced on Sunday morning. I invoice to your email through Paparazzi Premiere.
3. I invoice on Sunday and payment is due by Monday morning at Noon CST. Only claim if you plan to pay. Check your email. You will be blocked from shopping if you claim items and do not pay. Contact me if there is som

ething that has come up that is stopping you from taking care of your invoice. This should be the exception, not the rule.
4. You must send me your email address before you claim items if you are a new shopper. LIVE FACEBOOK SHOWS
1. Our FB Lives are very positive, fun and uplifting! No negativity or drama on our shows. We create a fun environment that we all want to contribute to. We want all to fell welcome! SHIPPING
1. Shipping is a flat rate of $6 for the each invoice cycle.
2. I offer $3.50 shipping for a new customer's first order.
3. I provide tracking on shipments via your email address. RETURN POLICY
1. If you receive a piece that is damaged/broken, please send a private message to Lone Star Sparkle as soon as you receive the piece (within 24 hours of delivery).
2. Send me a picture of the piece.
3. Most times, a piece can be easily fixed. I will handle situations on a case-by-case basis. HAVE FUN!!!! BE KIND!!!! LET'S CREATE THE BEST COMMUNITY EVER HERE AT LONE STAR SPARKLE!

Lone Star Sparkle does not allow bin, cart, or invoice editing.

Claiming items over time and later asking me to remove pieces is not permitted. This policy has been stated repeatedly, and the answer is no.

When I was an active consultant, I admittedly did not always hold firm to this policy. That has changed since I left.

I am now retired, no longer active, and selling this jewelry at significantly reduced pricing. These prices are a deal — and holding firm to my policies is how I am able to offer them fairly and consistently.

Today, enforcing this policy resulted in someone I have helped many times in the past choosing to discard me the moment I said no, including being told to “have a nice life.” She is now blocked.

That interaction is MILD compared to the abuse I have taken behind the scenes for standing by my business policies — abuse most people never see.

Let me be clear: my policies exist to protect my time, my labor, and my business. They are not personal, and they are not up for debate.

Kindness does not require me to abandon my policies.

If this does not work for you, this is not the right shopping space — and that is your choice.
