For years, the has had a problem. New President, Charlie Baker and his team are on a mission to change that or at least have a respectable voice in the marketplace. Their challenge was defining their target audience and putting an emphasis on speaking to them.

In one month, Charlie Baker has been on Anderson Cooper, Meet the Press and has no doubt leveraged his ties in Washington. There is a clear intent to focus on political media and speak to the non-Twitter audience. Will the work?

We're a month in and 2023 has already been "fun". TikTok may be shut down in the U.S. Twitter has been disrupted by Elon. Instagram is revisiting their video strategy. Our advice is to stay the course, but now it's even more important to prioritize platforms and make sure the strategy is adaptable.

Grace. Because we have all made mistakes and needed , we believe in the power of giving grace freely. None of us are perfect.
