Hot Springs Arkansas Famous Pancake Spot

Hot Springs, Arkansas is home to one of the most famous breakfast restaurants in the state — The Pancake Shop.

Located in historic downtown near Bathhouse Row, this restaurant has been serving classic made-from-scratch pancakes since 1940 and is known for the long lines of visitors waiting every morning.

Today I tried a traditional Southern breakfast with pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, and orange juice. The pancakes were huge, fluffy, and buttery — exactly what you want when visiting Hot Springs.

If you’re traveling to Hot Springs National Park or exploring downtown, this breakfast spot is a must-visit.

I was unable to attend my graduation due to inclement weather in Texas, specifically a snowstorm that resulted in the cancellation of my flight. Rather than allowing this moment to pass without recognition, I chose to turn an unexpected challenge into an opportunity by capturing the milestone through a photoshoot.

This achievement represents a long and meaningful journey—from Antigua to Texas—to complete this program. I am deeply grateful for the support I received along the way. I extend sincere appreciation to Dr. Tracy Hicks (Provider), Dr. Modisette (Psychologist), Pamela Bradley (Provider), and Emili Lim (LPC) for welcoming me under their guidance during my clinical training and for the invaluable knowledge and mentorship they provided.

I am proud to have completed this journey and to have mastered the rigor of the program. I graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
