The first half of this year taught me more than I expected.
Not just as a marriage and conflict resolution coach.
But as a wife.
A believer.
A woman still learning from God every single day.
One thing I’ve realized is this:
People  need more than just relationship advice.
They need wisdom they can actually apply on Monday morning when the disagreement happens...
When they’re disappointed...
When they’re waiting...
When marriage feels hard...
When they’re wondering if things can ever change.
These are seven lessons I keep coming back to.
Not because they’re trendy.
Because they work.
If I could add one more lesson, it would be this:
Never underestimate what God can restore.
I’ve watched Him heal marriages people had already given up on.
I’ve seen Him soften hearts, rebuild trust, and do what counseling alone could never accomplish.
That’s why I still believe there is hope.
No matter what your relationship looks like today.
I’d love to know...
Which lesson hit you the hardest?

I’ve been away for a while.
Reflecting! Living! Learning more! watching! and definitely growing.
And now… I’m back.
This year, I want us to talk about the real stuff. Not just the fluff but the things we think about but don’t always say out loud.
The questions that keep us awake at night, the relationship struggles we smile through and pretend we’re okay with. The heartbreak you haven’t somehow been able to overcome

We will talk about the things we wish someone could just understand without us having to explain it.
The things we somehow carry with a smile and a “God is good” answer, when deep down… we are struggling.
This space is for those conversations.
Real relationships.
Real emotions.
Real healing.
Real faith.
Real truth.
No pretending.
No surface talk.
We’re talking about love, marriage, singleness, conflict, communication, heartbreak, expectations, healing, boundaries, faith, intimacy, disappointment, and the things we all go through but somehow don’t say enough about.
If you’ve ever thought…
“Is it just me?”
“Why am I feeling this way?”
“Why does nobody talk about this?”
“I wish someone could just say what I’m actually thinking…”
Sis… we’re going there.
I’m back.
And we’re having the conversations we need to have.
Welcome back to this space.
Tell me in the comments… what’s one relationship topic people need to talk about more?
