A Prayer for the Tender Flame
Spirit,
when the world feels too cruel,
and my breath catches in sorrow,
remind me:
I am here to be a witness for Love.
Not to fix it all—
but to keep my heart open
when others close theirs.

May I remember that my softness
is not weakness,
but a sacred strength.
Let my breath return
with gentleness.
Let my presence be
a quiet light
in the shadow.

Amen.
