Big Update: This past month brought more challenges than we could have imagined — huge letdowns, unexpected setbacks, and low sales from our Facebook suspension.

For now, we’ve had to let go of the BBQ restaurant plans.. But when you see us, don’t think about what we’ve lost — our journey is still moving forward. We don’t waste time on complaints or pity — only focus, hard work, and pressing on, even when the road takes an unexpected turn.

In the meantime, we’ll continue with weekly pre-order/delivery and small catering events, while we work other jobs, because sharing our BBQ with you will always be part of the journey.

Our Smoked Chicken Salad might sound “basic,” but trust us—it’s anything but! Made with tender smoked chicken, creamy mayo, and our signature dry rub seasoning, it’s the perfect mix of smoky, creamy, and downright addictive. 🐔💨

When we put it on the food truck, it sold out and was requested almost as much as our famous Burnt Ends! 🤯🔥

In our house… We preach it, “Make your bed first if you want to alter the world!”
Our kids think i’m crazy, “how is making my bed every morning good for me!?”
It’s definitely something I grew up with & held on to... Success and happiness depend on having and being … the small things matter and great things happen when a series of small things come together.

It was the highest of honors to receive a Mayoral Citation and Some kind of wonderful coin at the Lawton Oklahoma, City Government city council meeting. (Video in comments)

I had words ready but after hearing what Mayor Stan Booker, had to say… I was speechless all over again.

This citation is proof that you CAN thrive in Lawton. You can achieve goals here and you can find support like no other.

We moved to my birthplace(Lawton) from DFW in 2020, with plans to just relocate our TX BBQ food truck, not knowing it was a week before covid-19 was going to shutdown the world. We only knew a small handful of people here who helped us the best they could. We had to start over, get jobs and have been building from the ground & up since.

Never did I expect to get awarded or praised for donating any logos or the community work i’ve done.
We do love to help other entrepreneurs and supplying the community with good BBQ while bringing everyone together for great memories.
I also love when I see what I created for someone out in the wild being proudly used.
We are so happy to be something positive for the community that we live in and will always collaborate and support others.
