He said: “Uncle Eddie, you NEED to try this new donut…”And let me tell ya — WOW. Just WOW. They took their already legendary donut (aka a beautiful pillow of love) and turned it into a cannoli-lovers dream:➕ Filled with fresh cannoli cream➕ Mini chocolate chips➕ Topped with crushed cannoli shells➕ Drizzled with Nutella➕ Finished with powdered sugar magicIt was joy on top of joy…I mean, I said “Oh, that’s delicious” three times — and I meant it.🎥 Check out the video with Michael — full of fun, flavor, and that unmistakable Jersey energy.

So grateful for the invite. So worth every calorie. And hey — go visit this place. From their cakes to their donuts, from cookies to pastries — it’s all made with love, family, and that old-school magic you just can’t fake.

Uncle Eddie Eats: Surprise of Scottsdale 🌵☀️

You never forget your first real cheesecake—and this one at Oliver's Modern American in Scottsdale? It brought me back and brought me to my knees.

Let’s start with the foundation: a buttery graham cracker crust that holds its own against any New York slice I’ve ever had. Then comes that creamy, light-as-air cheesecake—rich, smooth, and just sweet enough. Top it with a blackberry compote that makes your taste buds dance?

When the incredible team told me the chef whips up a dozen of these from scratch every day in-house… I almost stood up and clapped.

I went back twice. I’ll probably dream about it a third time tonight.

Sayin’ it loud for the people in the back: That’s delicious.
Now everybody… get in the car and go get a piece 😋
