This year, I decided to show up more for myself.

Trying new looks and colors. Going outside of my comfort zone.
Focusing more on my health. So the hubs and I are working out.
Focusing on having more fun in the work we’re doing.

So, this newest issue? It’s different. And I love it.

We’re featuring couples who are building businesses and life together, mixing in some fresh articles for leaders and entrepreneurs, new conversations, and a few things we’ve never done before.

Sometimes the moments that matter most aren’t on the agenda.

They happen in the laughter that slips in between conversations… in the story someone is a little unsure about sharing… in the way someone’s eyes light up when they realize they’re not the only one who has walked that road.

There’s something special about sitting in a room with other women and simply talking. Not rushing. Not performing. Just sharing pieces of our lives and realizing how much we actually have in common.

And every once in a while, in the middle of those simple conversations, someone walks away feeling a little less alone, a little more understood, and a little more encouraged than when they walked in.

Honestly… that might be the most important thing that happens in the room.

Peace is not passive. It’s a decision you get to make daily, and some days that decision feels almost distant.

Peace doesn’t always show up when the inbox is full, when conversations are hard, or when expectations are high and energy is low. Choosing peace means refusing to rehearse the argument in your head, closing the laptop instead of pushing past exhaustion, and trusting what God already placed inside of you.

It’s not pretending everything is fine or avoiding difficulty — it’s strength under control, clarity in the chaos, and saying, “I will not let this moment steal my posture, my presence, or my purpose.”

You may not control every circumstance, but you do control what you allow to live in your spirit. Today, choose peace intentionally. It’s not passive — it’s powerful.
