The late Nipsey Hussle’s community impact remained front and center this week as his family and closest collaborators launched a major holiday initiative in South Los Angeles.

Nipsey Hussle’s archived Marathon Store opened up to the community Tuesday ahead of Thanksgiving, “spreading holiday cheer and enough food to fill their pantries!!!” Footage obtained by TMZ shows the Neighborhood Nip Foundation and Think Watts Foundation hosting a joint Thanksgiving drive led by Nipsey’s brother, Blacc Sam, who has overseen multiple charitable efforts since the rapper’s 2019 death.

The turkey drive was a collaborative effort, and Nipsey’s partner, Lauren London, made a special appearance to show support. Real 92.3’s Big Boy also attended.

Several of Nip’s homies, including Marathon Jon, Watts Homie Quan, and J Roc, helped distribute groceries and food to 2,500 families in total.

Organizers wore commemorative Nipsey Hussle x Think Watts T-shirts, signaling continued expansion of the foundation’s work in 2026.
