May We Not Forget to Selah ✨

In the midst of life’s chaos, may we not forget to selah—to pause, to breathe, to reflect. In a world that constantly pushes us forward, let us take moments to truly sit with the depth of what has been spoken, what has been sung, and what has been placed on our hearts.

Like the Psalms remind us, selah is more than a word—it’s an invitation. An invitation to slow down, to meditate on truth, to find peace in stillness.

Today, I choose to selah. To step away from the rush and lean into reflection, gratitude, and the presence of God. Will you join me? 💛
