This video shows some benchmarks in Premiere with a similar Ryzen system to what we now use. Though we use the slightly more powerful 1800X instead of the 1700X and use the more powerful certified Radeon Pro WX7100 instead of a Consumer Radeon RX 480. Kicks intel's ass using a 1070.
