Know a Scout who fits the bill? A Scouts BSA Youth Council member must:

➡️ Be 14 years old by the start of the term and not turn 18 before it ends
➡️ Be currently registered in the Scouts BSA program
➡️ Hold the rank of First Class or higher
➡️ Currently serve, or have previously served, in a position of responsibility within their troop

Encourage your youth leaders to submit an application online by August 15, 2025.
