For over twenty years I have been an entrepreneur and business owner, founding companies such as Lifestyle Influencer Marketing LLC, Marzia Prince LLC, Plant Chics LLC, Healthinista LLC, The Fit Chic LLC, and Healthy Housewives LLC. In 2007, I won Ms. Bikini Universe at age 32 and competed as an IFBB bikini pro for 4 years which launched my professional modeling career and found my love of marketing. As a lifestyle influencer, I have represented brands such as Kroger, Gaspari Nutrition, Sunwarrior, and Lumen to name a few. I have appeared on Bravo, ABC, FOX, CW 33, OWN and featured in Oxygen, Women FitnessRX, Muscle & Fitness, Iron Man, D Magazine, and over 200 other magazine publications. I am a frequent speaker at industry events, having presented over 200 times. I studied marketing and entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University. I am a student of life and always evolving.

I hope my journey can inspire you! ✨

In 2020, I was a fitness coach.

I’ve always been passionate about fitness — but I felt stuck.
My income had a ceiling.
My schedule revolved around my clients.
And I couldn’t see a way to create real freedom for myself.

I started seeing influencers online who seemed to have the life I wanted.
So I tried that route.
Posted every day. Filmed workouts. Chased growth.

But nothing really worked.

Then one email changed everything.

A brand wanted me to create content — but not post it.
Just create it, send it, and get paid.

That was my first taste of UGC.
And it changed the entire direction of my life.✨

Today I work with amazing brands.
Create content I’m proud of.
Set my own schedule.
And most importantly — I feel free.

I’m not sharing this to flex.
I’m sharing it because I know what it feels like to want more.

More freedom.
More flexibility.
More time for what really matters.

🤳UGC Factory Community🫶

😃Yesterday I got to meet the Founder and CEO of , his beautiful fiancé, and the Head of Creative .

🙌🏻 I have been working with UGC Factory for 2 years now and I have to brag on them, they have BEST work flow for UGC creators! Plus, they have super fun campaigns and a great team to work with. They really treat you like family and I love that!❤️

😱 In 2 years, I have completed around 150 campaigns with them…and counting! And to think, it started with 1 campaign.

😂We laughed about a campaign I did last year where I had to find an Amazon fulfillment center to film at. If you know me, I will go anywhere for the sake of content creation. I love what I do! And thankfully there was an Amazon fulfillment center a couple miles down the road! 😜

He definitely is on top of the UGC industry and slaying it! I have loved watching his company level up the past 2 years.

🚨If you are a brand, I highly recommend using them for your ads! And if you are a creator, I highly recommend signing up with them! Either way you will be highly impressed!

🥰FEMALE FRIENDSHIP EFFECT

🎄With holidays upon us, work, and family, it can be a stressful time, so when one of my besties set up a lunch date for our friend group, I couldn’t wait!

🫶Female friendships have always been powerful, and studies show that women with strong social circles are healthier and happier.

📄The Nurses’ Health Study from Harvard found that women with more friends were less likely to develop physical impairments as they aged and were more likely to lead joyful lives.

📄A UCLA study discovered that women respond to stress differently than men, thanks to a brain chemical called oxytocin. When women face stress, they’re more likely to seek out their friends, which helps release even more oxytocin, creating a calming and comforting effect.

🥰So after a stressful day, seek out your female friends!

🗓️💨November came and went in a blink of an eye!

🙏🏻 I am so grateful for every moment that is now a beautiful memory. Slide to see how my month went.
