🫐 Blueberry cobbler recipe
Combine the below in a baking dish:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 4 tbsp sugar
- juice from 1 lemon (+ a lil zest)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
In a separate bowl combine the below and mix with hands until like wet sand. Then top the blueberry mixture with the crumble. Add a pinch of brown sugar on top if desired! Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes! Enjoyyy 🤍
- 1/3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup oats
- 9-10 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
