My name is Ericka Woods, founder and Chief Executive Officer of X'Quisite Jewels Empire, where our goal is making a difference in the lives of others by developing positive character and enhancing individuality and uniqueness. I am devoted to serving as an outlet in the community to keep our youth and adults mentally engaged and always reminding them that their education and passion for their drea

I have worked diligently to give individuals positive experiences through enrichment workshops in educating them on all the skills needed to be successful in all walks of life and in the fashion industry. X'Quisite Jewels Empire is a community based organization that I incorporated and branched in 2009 under the name House of Ericka’s Hidden Jewels. The organization is geared toward empowering individuals to gain confidence, and leadership skills, while teaching on etiquette, fashion, style, posing techniques, and runway walks. X'Quisite Jewels Empire was borne out of my 15 years of experience in the fashion industry including modeling with various local modeling organizations.
