Dear Self,

You are not the same woman you used to be. The person in that old picture had no idea just how much she would overcome, how much she would shed, or how fiercely she would grow. Since then, you’ve transformed in ways no one could predict, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Three years ago, on this day, I made a decision that changed everything. It wasn’t just a surgery; it was the day I took my life back. I’ve lost over 150 pounds, but the weight that truly fell away went far beyond the physical. Friendships that no longer served, painful breakups, public battles—every challenge I faced has brought me here, stronger, wiser, and standing tall.

11-11 holds a special place in my heart as a reminder of that life-changing choice. This journey has been about reclaiming my health, my happiness, and most importantly, my self-worth. Through every obstacle, I kept evolving, rising above, and owning every part of who I am.
