I paid a licensed plumber $350 to run this line. 💸 He left five minutes ago. I tried to turn the valve... and it stops right there against the wall. 🛑 It only closes about 45 degrees! 📉 I called him and he said, 'It cuts the flow by 90%, that's industry standard for tight spaces.' 🤥 INDUSTRY STANDARD?? 90% still means my basement floods! 🌊 I feel like he was just too lazy to use a standoff bracket. Do I report him to the licensing board?

My contractor packed up his torch and I asked him about the GIANT BURN MARKS on the plywood. 🔥👀 He laughed and said, 'That's just heat-treated wood, it makes the mounting stronger.' 🤥 STRONGER?? It looks like charcoal! 🚒📉 I feel like he was five seconds away from burning my entire house down! He says I'm being 'paranoid about a little smoke.' I hired a 'pro' to fix the sink and he nearly BURNED MY HOUSE DOWN! 🔥🏠 Look at that black scorch mark on the back wall behind the pipes! 😱📉 He didn't even use a heat shield! And then he installed this janky PVC mess with rubber couplings everywhere. 🐍🤡 He charged me $400 and said, 'The burn mark is just cosmetic.' COSMETIC?? It's a fire hazard! I feel like I paid to be endangered. Do I report him?

He is chipping away one inch at a time with a hammer and a tiny chisel! 🔨📉 I can hear the tap tap tap in my sleep! He says, 'I'm preserving the drywall.' PRESERVING?? Is nobody going to talk about the wooden window INSIDE the shower?? 🪟🚿 My contractor says, 'We'll just caulk around it, it's fine.' IT IS NOT FINE! 🛑 The sill is going to rot out in a month! 📉 And he didn't even use cement board! He just put up green drywall and sloppy mud! 🟩🤡 I asked about waterproofing membranes and he looked at me like I was speaking alien. 👽 Do I fire him before he tiles over this disaster?

It looks like he made the hole with a gr***de! 💣👀 The concrete is just crumbling around that expensive copper pipe! 🧱📉 I asked when he's going to patch it and he said, 'The airflow prevents mold, leave it open.' 🤥 AIRFLOW?? It looks like a war zone! I feel like dust is falling into my food. Do I withhold rent?

I paid a plumber $1,200 for this rough-in. 💸 He used those press fittings instead of soldering and charged me a premium for 'speed.' 🏎️💨 But look at the shut-off valves! 🛑👀 The handles are so close to the drywall edge that you can't even turn them! 🧱📉 I pointed it out and he said, 'The drywall will be cut back for the tile anyway.' 🤥 WILL IT?? Or am I going to be stuck with stuck valves? I feel like he was just lazy. Do I dispute the charge?

The contractor told me this weird stacked pipe design is for 'seismic flexibility.' 🌍🤥 SEISMIC?? We live in Ohio! 📉 It looks like an accordion! 🪗🤡 He clearly just measured wrong three times in a row and didn't want to go back to Home Depot. 🛒🚫 I feel like one heavy flush is going to blow that whole stack apart.
